[:en]OS INSTALLATION OVER THE IPMI INTERFACE In order to reload the OS on your server, you need to follow the basic steps of “Working with the IPMI” in order to connect to the remote IPMI of your server. Once you have the “Remote Console” prompt available, you can re-load the OS on your server the same way we do it.
[:en]USING THE IPMI Each server comes by default with IPMI access. IPMI access is given to our customers on a “custom access level” basis, meaning, NO administrator user is given unless the client has a specific reason for requesting it. This avoids mistakes made by customers on configuring the IPMI, and rendering it useless without the intervention of an administrator in the Data Center.
